KITE-GEAR.com Shipping Time
 
KITE-GEAR.com makes every effort to stock all of the products listed on our website at all times.  When your in stock item ships, you will be notified via email.
 
However, depending on season, demand, and product availability, we sometimes will not have a product in stock. Some items not in stock are instead "drop shipped" from the manufacturers warehouse directly to you.  These products may take longer to arrive then items we have in stock and ship from our warehouse. 
 
Upon checkout, we will notify you if your product is being drop shipped and if so, it may take slightly longer to arrive at your delivery address. 

Most Ocean Rodeo Products are shipped to your address directly from the Ocean Rodeo warehouse.  If you are ordering a Ocean Rodeo Product on kite-gear.com, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks (Mainland USA addresses) for your item to arrive.  We will update you when the item ships from the OR warehouse in Canada.

Expedited Orders  
We make every effort to ship your product on weekdays within 24 hours.  Saturday and Sunday orders require a longer lead time and usually ship on Mondays.
 
If you require overnight shipping, 2nd Day or have to have the product on a certain date, please call Kite-Gear.com customer service at 877-44W-SUIT to speak to a customer service representative that will assist you.
